My teenage daughter and I both love training with Sara! She has helped us strengthen and improve our overall fitness so we can avoid injury, aches and pains from playing sports and life in general. Until I met Sara, I considered physical training to be a boring nuisance, and I would avoid going to the gym, unless it was a last resort. As I got older, had knee surgery, and had to make the occasional trip to the physio for a sore back, I realized that I had needed to build strength in order to prevent injuries. Upon a recommendation, I gave Sara a try and have been training regularly ever since! I am amazed at how she can mix things up each session to keep it interesting and make the hour fly by. She keeps me motivated by making the training challenging, but fun. Later, I turned Sara loose on my daughter, who was having injuries from being hyper-flexible. Sara has been able to improve my daughter’s strength and muscle control. Even more, Sara is a positive influence on my daughter, and encourages her to live a healthy lifestyle. In fact, Sara has more credibility than me in some respects. It’s great to have Sara around to support my motherly attempts to teach my daughter good habits. Sara’s knowledge on fitness and healthy living is extensive. Both my daughter and I require different training programs, and Sara skillfully designs training and coaches us on dietary concerns to suit our individual needs.
I have been training with Sara for many years. She is more than a trainer, she is a great friend, and I feel secure in putting my fitness and my daughter’s in her capable hands.
